Note things like colour, aromas and flavours, the level of sweetness, tannin and acidity. Mark down your own thoughts. And most importantly, keep a record of how much you liked it with our five star rating system!

The journal is 5.5” X 8.5”, has space for 50 wines, is spiral bound so that it can lie flat, and is printed on 100% recycled Rolland Enviro paper.
