The Chablis winegrowing region seen from the sky

Chablis is located in the north of the Bourgogne wine region, and is simple to grasp. It has a single varietal, Chardonnay, and produces only white wine. But seen from above, Chablis exhibits a succession of hills and valleys, which reveal how this apparent simplicity hides a diversity of expression, especially through the Climats of the Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru wines.
